Shipping and Returns


Please, don't take advantage of small businesses. Small business is the backbone of our country. Thank you for your purchase, your trust, and your honesty... now, our attorney wants us to include formal language below

Because our products are made to order we do not offer returns and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges only within 30 days for products in new / unused condition or for store credit. Customers who refuse delivery will receive store credit and will be charged a restocking fee.

If your product is damaged during shipping or has issues upon receipt, we will replace it for the same item or exchange for item of the same value at no additional cost. Start by emailing

First we require a photo showing the damage and / or video, if video is pertinent to claims that the item is defective / not functioning properly. Upon inspection we will determine whether it fits the HeluHub return criteria. If approved, the item will be sent back to us at the customers cost, we will reimburse for shipping. Once received, we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.

Unauthorized returns it will be returned to customer -or- the customer will receive store credit.

Because of our production process, we currently do not offer refunds. Only under circumstances where the wrong item is shipped will we consider a refund. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Only regular priced items in new condition, in the original packaging, with tags and seals still attached will be considered for exchange. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded

In the return box, include your order number and the reason for the return so the return can be properly applied to your account.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please use a traceable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
